FAQ

  • How do I pay for the lessons?
    All GROUP lessons must be paid in full online before the session begins. All PRIVATE lessons can be paid with CASH, VENMO or CHECK at the first lesson. All Checks made out to Fairhope Swim.
  • What do I need to bring to the lesson?
    All swimmers need to bring is a pair of goggles to protect their eyes. If your child is not potty trained then they must wear a swim diaper to avoid pool contamination accidents. We encourage those swimmers with long hair to pull their hair up in a ponytain prior to getting into the pool so their hair stays out of their eyes while swimming.
  • What happens if the pool closes? Will the lesson be rescheduled?
    Possibly! If the pool has to close for lightening, thunder or maintenance then the lesson will be try to be rescheduled. GROUP lessons will offer only one possible make-up lesson. This is to due time and pool constraints. The instructor will notify you regarding the make-up lesson.
  • If my child has to miss a GROUP lesson, will they get to make it up?"
    Missing a lesson definatly happens and we understand that life is busy. Unfortunately, missed GROUP lessons cannot be made up. Our lessons are typically full and we hold the safety of our swimmers as a top priority so we cannot "fit in" any other swimmer that is not currently on the roster. We do appologize!
  • Are refunds available?
    Refunds are only given PRIOR to the lesson starting. We do not offer refunds after the lesson begins.
